The work I do with clients is customized to the dreams and needs of each individual, helping them tap into their own inner wisdom and affect positive change in their lives. We’ll slow down together to create a clear vision of your ideal future—What do you want to create? How do you want to feel? Who do you want to be? What impact do you want to have?—and then work together step-by-step to bring this into reality.

Individual coaching is an intentional investment in yourself and your future. Packages are built for each client and range in length from 3 to 12 months with fees starting at $4,500.

Group Workshops & Retreats

For organizations looking to create real, long-term transformation within their teams, I provide group workshops and retreats on a variety of topics including building trust, providing and receiving feedback, strategic planning, and navigating organizational change. This work can look like 1-off workshops or retreats, leadership development course building and delivery, or strategic planning facilitation.

Everything I deliver is tailored specifically for the organization I’m working with to best meet their needs, drawing on proven processes, tools, and strategies to get to the core of the challenges with speed and precision.

DISC Behavioral Model Assessments

The DISC Behavioral Model is one of my favorite tools for facilitating change for individuals and groups. DISC gives insight into how we respond to challenges and problems, how we influence and interact with other, how we deal with pace and consistency, and how we handle rules and regulations set by others. Unlike personality tests, the DISC focuses on observable behaviors and gives us a window into understanding how someone behaves in various circumstances rather than trying to unpack the why.

The benefits of using the DISC model are threefold:

  1. Developing a clearer understanding of our own behavioral style.

  2. Providing a silent, common language by which to identify the behavioral styles of those around us.

  3. Allowing for adaptation of our own style to better “speak” the style of around us.

When we adapt our behaviors to meet the core behavioral styles of others, we ease friction and misunderstanding and build stronger, more resilient relationships in the long-term. Individuals and teams utilizing the DISC see improved communication, trust, understanding, and productivity.
